Documents under Summary Proceedings, etc., the summary case procedure, if the suspect??s agreement to it is obtained,
can be electronically processed, without paper records. Under this system, the case proceeding period (from the police
crackdown to the court??s issuance of a summary order) can be reduced from 45 days to about 25 days, and the progress
of the proceedings can be inquired about at the criminal justice portal.

-Electronic Summary Proceedings shall be applied only when the suspect agrees to it, as indicated in an electronic document. -The suspect may withdraw his/her agreement via an electronic or a paper document before a summary order is claimed.
Forwarding of a summary order
-The person who has been ordered to pay a fine will receive the result via an e-mail or SMS message, and may log on to
the criminal justice portal to inquire about and print the summary order.
-In the event that a summary order or other lawsuit documents are forwarded electronically, when the recipient confirms
the related documents at the criminal justice portal, it will be regarded that the documents have been forwarded.
