Applicable targets
  • A suspect, accuser (delator), petitioner, petitioned person, internally investigated person, or submitter of criminal-case (internal investigation and petition) records

  • A family member of a suspect, etc. (must certify through a resident register that the applicant is a family member; provided that the suspect’s family member presents his/her power of attorney in a case pending trial)
