Method of applying for community service for fine defaulters

Eligible applicants : Non-payers of penalties who have no financial ability to pay a declared penalty of KRW3 million or under ?? Ineligible applicants

1.Those on whom a penalty is imposed by a court along with penal servitude or imprisonment
2.Those on whom a penalty is imposed by a court and who are ordered to be detained to a workshop until full penalty payment is made
3.Those who are sentenced to a punishment, for whom an arrested warrant is executed, or who are confined to a workshop, all due to a different case
4.Those who are not allowed by the court to render community service or whose community service is cancelled by the court

1.Register of court records or summary order statement
2.Income certificate, or where the income has not been reported as there has been none, a confirmation thereof
3.Property tax payment certificate related to a local tax, or certificate of non-taxation on property (from a civil service center)
4.If a state allowance recipient under the Basic Living Guarantee Act, a certificate thereof
5.If there is no revenue or property, a certificate thereof
